Because it’s May, we thought it would be fun to make a Kentucky Mule, in honor of the Kentucky Derby (and yes we’re a few weeks late!) The Kentucky Mule is a twist on the more well-known Moscow Mule. However, instead of vodka this Mule has bourbon – hence Kentucky! Once again we’ve chosen a drink with only a few ingredients and very simple to make.
We thoroughly enjoyed making and sampling these – they’re really yummy, slightly sweet and also fizzy due to the ginger beer. So give this mule a try!
